In tune with others

There is no substitute for singing. Current culture is definitely the worse for its having gone out of fashion. It is a huge release to join in hymn singing at church after all these masked months. I was recalling recently learning at age six to read music from a hymnal in a children’s choir: awareness that I was literally in tune with hosts of unseen people from far away times and places made me feel so human.
